Biography
Terry Charles is the owner of the company he started his carrear as an electronic engineer in 1986 at Marconi command and control in the UK where he finished in 2009, He went onto becomming an electrical engineer and then headed up the maintenance team at the Royal infermary in Leicester UK. While there he gained huge experience in Air Conditioning, refrigiration and heating systems. Terry also was involved in all other maintenance carried out on the buildings so has knowlege and experiience in the following disciplins,\
roofing problems, Joinery, plumbing, Landscaping, Electrics, Appliances and many more.
After getting married in Port Charlotte in 1998 to his US sweetheart he then moved to the USA full time with his family in 2009. Terry managed his own portfolio of properties and brought up his young family with his wife. Now Terry and his small team love life in Charlotte County and are spending all of there working time looking after properties in and around Punta Gorda Isles.
Terry also loves playing darts and enjoying the gulf of Mexico fishing and boating.
